Starling (OC x Loki & Steve Rogers) MCU OC Story
Hey! So this is just a story detailing if I were to create an OC for the MCU to write myself into it. Multiple relationships developed (familial with Tony Stark, Natasha Romanoff, & Clint Barton) and romantic (possibly Steve Rogers & Loki Laufeyson) I hope you enjoy! There's a song for each chapter. Full title: Of Life And Hope (Marvel X OCish Fem! Reader) --- Your life had never been easy as you were shuffled around different orphanages while you claimed fake last names to survive in this world. Why? You didn't know. You just knew you were different. A bad different, for most people. The only thing you still had was hope. ... And your friends, your stuff, your life, your knowledge, etc. But the point stayed - this wasn't your place in the world and you were about to find out what was. --- Note 1: So here's a bit of backstory: - The fanfiction doesn't follow the storyline at the start, though it might come to chill on it every once in a while or perhaps towards the end. - This is set after Civil War and Homecoming, during Ragnarok BUT there is the little twist that Hela died (before Thor and Loki were born) in a battle so Ragnarok doesn't happen - it's just set in the time where it did... Or that's the plan right now, it might still change. - After Civil War, they (as in Cap's team) didn't have to go into hiding because it was proved Bucky was brainwashed and they all were just told to lay low until people's anger blew over. Note 2: Although it's a female reader story, everyone else is welcome to read, also (like every other story on my profile since the gender doesn't play a too big part but it's more comfortable for me to write with a certain pronoun). A Tale of Mischief and Mutants
When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse. Bucky x OC Storyline: hate to love Angst, angst, and more angst. I love drama. Fluffy moments because Bucky is a sweetheart and deserves the world. Badassery. Lots of smut because I'm a whore. I dedicated full on chapters to purely smut. A little miscommunication that only lasts a few chapters. OC is an independent bad bitch who I want to marry even though she came from my own mind. Tons of injuries. Like shit ton of blood and gunshots and all that fun stuff because I absolutely love the "taking care of love interest's injuries" trope because I want someone to take care of me. (Can you tell I have no father?) One bed trope because it's superior. Lots of jealousy and possessiveness because again I am a whore for angst and hot people who are obsessive.
