I'm Kirsten Michaels, twenty years of age, an architect.
No, scratch that. A future architect. It just sounds good when I tell them I already am one.
But someday, I'll become a real one - the registered and licensed. This is why ever since I entered high school, I focused on practicing skills that I naturally didn't have. I mastered drafting, drawing and at the same time spent my free hours inside the library reading stuffs that would help me achieve my dream. I didn't bother making friends, nor live like a normal high school teen. I was an introvert, and being that, my college life became a ring of fire.
Sef Jansen, is a self-acclaimed artist who does know nothing but to annoy the heat out of me. He's been the reason why I can't concentrate on my projects lately. He keeps on distracting me by the way he acts, and even if he does nothing, he still distracts me.
Because of him, my plans will most probably be ruined. I must be an architect, I must eradicate him.

A week after my sixteenth birthday, I finally got to hear the truth, about what I am, and how I came to be what I am now. I was everything but normal. It was the day I came face to face with reality. Imagine the people around you, your best friend, the girl you secretly love, looks at you like you are some kind of monster? There could be no worse feeling than that. I am not telling on anything yet, feel free to assume what I am, but I can assure you, you would be mistaken. As they say "All shall be revealed in good time." Curious? Gertrude's my name. Gertrude Bambi Goldsmith to be exact. I'm a nerd, I won't deny it. My parents are destitute alcoholics. That's who they are and I know they won't change. I was getting ready to start my senior year of high school when my dad was offered a promotion in an ally pack. He was our alpha's younger brother. (In other words my uncle is the Alpha.) My dad did accounting and record keeping for our pack as a delta. One of our ally packs contacted him to be a beta in charge of pack records and accounting. His record keeper and his mate were wanting to retire. His mate was an OB/GYN nurse. My mom was the midwife assistant. She could become the pack midwife. This would mean we would have to move.
