"Buckle up Moreno, it's time for the drive of your life," Dakota smiled, patting the front of his shiny car.

"Tell Norris to get a good look at the back of my car. He'll be seeing it more often," Alessandro smirked under his helmet.

"Hm, we'll see," she chuckled, taking a step back as the cars headed out onto the pit lane. The roar of the cars on the grid sent a thrill of excitement through her body. They sounded even better than last years cars.

One by one, the five lights turned on.

"It's lights out, and away we go!"
