After a series of unfortunate events, a young scientist decides to take a break from life on the ground. She sets off into space, content to just float around in her shuttle, the Clementine. But even artificial gravity can't stop her world from turning upside down when she bumps into a mysterious crew that communicates telepathically and yet doesn't appear to be that much different from her.
