An ocean world, on the far fringes of the Empyrean. Land? None. Life within it? Thriving. Under the deep blue waves lies countless hive cities protected by the God Emperor's descendants. This world is the homeworld of the Space Marine chapter known as The Sunken Sons. Founded by the sons of Dorn after the Heresy, these marines hold the geneseed of the Praetorian of Terra and uphold that name with honour and venerability. Led by the oceanborn chapter master Poseidus Osael, the Sunken Sons are the aquatic assault, the oceanic shield of the emperor. We are the tide.

[Sequel to 'Imperium'] Following the successful defense of Alamarri and the sudden withdrawal of Hepharion's Chaos Marines, Caius returned to Macragge in time to see the return of his Primarch and receive a new mission from his Captain: find Hepharion and bring him down, no matter the ost, and chase down and secure the remains of the ancient Titan project. At first, resources seem scarce with the Black Crusade taking much of the attention and firepower of the Ultramarines. However, help comes in an unexpected form when an Inquisitor's acolyte appears with an unexpected offer for the men of the Twentieth. Across the stars, Bahad is called before the Council of Farseers of his Craftworld and desperately pleads his case for his alliance with Caius and his hunt for Hepharion. However, this falls on deaf ears when the Craftworld, concerned about his continued association with the Imperium, orders him into a temporary arrest to await further judgment. While in isolation. plagued by his visions of what shall happen without his involvement, he, too, receives an unexpected visitor: a Harlequin Solitaire with a keen interest on seeing him reunited with his Ultramarine. As the two friends journey forth, their paths lead them to one another once again and to the planet of Cosperan, home to a Black Templar Crusade and the most recent spot where Hepharion's Warband was spotted. Aided by Deathwatch Squad Ostentia, a wounded squad sent to reinforce the Twentieth, and their Battle Brother Varis, they join Chaplain Marshal Reimar and his fight against the forces of Chaos and aim to strike a blow against Hepharion that he will not soon forget. ----- STORIES IN THE SERIES: 0. I do not own WH40k, Arknights, Azur lane, or references to other franchises, or Halo for that matter. I don't own star wars either. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You lost, The Darkness Encroaches upon the other Dimensions, No longer contained and held at bay by the Imperium, with the Imperium scattered and Fractured, in the wake of the Newley crowned Emperor's (Y/n's) Disappearance through the Golden slip space rupture.. While Remnants of the Imperium and its vassals still fight on, to do what they can, they are mostly leaderless, with the only surviving members of the Royal Family being Y/n's younger siblings, Chris(tina) and Pyre, and his twin, Selene. yet all is not lost, A Search Begins, a Hunt ends, Legends will be proven true, while old myths come back to the chessboard, Will Dawn or Dusk Yield? The Ark Of War Begins, and with it, the Pendulum swings... And you are the Catalyst. Yes, I am not good at book covers. No, this is not an official work, like my last story, simply a fanfic, with added elements. Trails of darkness, Is no longer canon in my fanfic's lore. I do not own any of the videos or pictures used in the making of this Fanfic series, and all content goes to original creators. This is the real first book of the series, the prequel will be modified to fit the lore established in THIS book. Also, some of the grammar in the first few chapters is . . . Questionable, to say the least, but please ignore my rushing to get chapters out at first, because it gets better later on.

A Strike Force of Blood Angels and Lamenters are thrust into a completely new reality, along with a fleet of Imperial Refugees. But how? And Why? If fate is to be believed, the Emperor has sent the Great Angel's Sons here with a task. They are to protect an infant Mankind from an encroaching Darkness. But even though this galaxy despises everything about them, will they be able to save it? This is a story I have already been making and writing for some time.
