A backstory for a roblox character of mine, the original story was used as a prompt and was told to me by someone attempting to make a backstory for my avatar.
So I decided to use their small version of the story and changed it slightly and made it a lot longer.

This is my OC, Artemis's, backstory. Artemis is a fennec fox, don't ask why, I thought is was cute. Keep in mind, this is all fake, my life isn't actually like this. I suppose you all know that an OC and the real person are two completely different individuals most of the time. Unlike me, who is fatherless, Artemis is motherless. I drew the cover photo, it's not the best, but it's cute. Artemis's name is Ash (like mine) but then it becomes Artemis later on. You'll understand that better when you read. Also, I took that Soldier, Poet, King quiz. I'm a king/ruler, hence the title. For some reason, when I took that quiz, it made me want to make an OC with a backstory. I have no idea why. So I decided to incorporate that into the backstory. ANDDDDD, my OC has nothing to do with the goddess Artemis. Artemis is just the name I chose. So don't be in the comments like "actually, in Greek mythology, Artemis is like THIS" because I know. I love Greek mythology and stuff like that. I know quite a bit about it. You were told by the guard before being dropped at the airport to not bother being this up as no one's going to believe you. But at what cause? Despite the mentally scarred experience you went through, you find it hard to move on with your life now, both mentally and physically. Even with this new freedom you have, there was always that nagging feeling that you should return to that place. As if, there was something missing.
