Patches in Purrfect Apawcalypse P.I impurrfect ending has now become of one the interdimensional peacekeeper organization big threat since they don't know why patches can summon bapawmet or just think he a anomaly 
But that not the only thing that patches have attracted he also attracted the ever growing and powerful nation 
The thing is nobody know what their real name is so they just called them The United Might Of Razpomnium Empire or commonly know as the empire
Razpomnium is a word made by Azentiry republic meaning war monger or war criminal 
The empire have been causing a lot of trouble in the multiverse and inter-dimensions plundering looting commit war crime last have not been fully proof yet
The United global universe peacekeepers have been fighting the empire for a while now
The empire found the chaos and destruction that patches make it's very fascinating, but found out there a organization trying to get him and so they want to make sure that patches ito don't fall into the hand of the organization and make sure he live to wreck havoc forever
The reason it's not clear but some say they want to sent patches to one of their enemies big city 
make the multi-universe peacekeepers coalition in chaos and stop pulling their leg so the empire could continue their expansion

"It's human nature. It's instinct to survive, no matter the cost." The world has fallen into desolation. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny.
