Everyone has heard of the power rangers, starting in Angel Grove with the Mighty Morphin Rangers. Well now we are adventuring into Blue Bay Harbor, home to the Ninja Storm rangers. However we are getting too far ahead of our selves. For now everything is normal, Tori is surfing, Dustin is riding, and Shane is skating. The thunder rangers have not yet been introduced, and neither has our new character. So that is my job. Aria North is new to Blue Bay Harbor, and she is a mystery to everyone. In a world where superpowers called quirks became the new normal, There is a young boy named Izuku Midoriya, who is amongst those who don't have quirks. Izuku tried to save his bully from a villain, but even with the training he got from his mentor, it wouldn't be enough. Before the Villain tried to attack Izuku, A rising vigilante, who was also his mentor for the past year, would appear in front of Izuku, save him and his bully, and would change his life along with 9 other kids, for the urgent better. This was the Blue Turbo Power Ranger; Justin Stewart. But as soon as he got to the MHA Universe, he would have the identity of Blue Turbo. After defeating the villain, Justin would take Izuku back to I-Island, which became his base of operations. Once there, Justin along with his wife and David Shield explains to why they are here, and Izuku would get to become what he always dreamed of, and more.

Eric McKnight is the identical twin brother of Conner McKnight the red dino thunder ranger he is the black wind ranger with the power of fire. Eric has feelings for Claire and she likes him back. Declan Bradley is the twin brother of Blake Bradley and Hunter is the oldest of the four. Ariana (Ari) Bradley is the sister Blake Declan and Hunter Bradley and is Hunter's twin sister. She is the Gold Thunder Ranger and the love interest of Dustin Brooks the Yellow Wind Ranger.

While Cameron Wanatabe was trained under his father Sensei Wanatabe at the Wind Ninja Academy, his older sister Sierra was trained at the Thunder Ninja Academy, the other Ninja Academy. She had been trained as a child by her father, before being sent to finish her training at the Thunder Ninja Academy under Sensei Omino to finish her training. When the Ninja Academies are destroyed, Cameron is very much worried, about the state of his sister at the Thunder Ninja Academy but she's worse off then he had expected. Sierra has been captured by Lothor, and only the fact that she might be like family to someone quite important to Lothor's plans for world domination is the only thing keeping her from being destroyed. Also the fact, that she was lying about her identity might be a reason that she is still alive and kicking to help her family. Sierra Wanatabe is not a girl that you want to mess with on an ordinary day, but after the destruction of the place, that she had called home, for many years of her life was destroyed, she was not ready, to be a person to stay quiet without any resistance. She's a sharp tongued serious teenager of 17 years and she is not ever going to go down easy. Thanks to some quick smooth talking from her friends, she's freed from Lothor's ship, but she was thrown into a fight against the Power Rangers, they who are working with the rest of her family, who she hasn't seen since she was 11. She's torn between her blood family, and the family that was lying to keep her safe from Lothor who was allowing them to continue their plan, but just albeit reluctantly trusting them.
