Akila, meaning beauty, lived along with her father a successful merchant. Akila did not want for much until one day when her fathers storehouse was burned down to the ground. Her father had friends in Arabia who were willing to lend some merchandise to her father. On the way there a sandstorm brewed and he was forced to stop at a gloomy castle. He spent the night there and when he was about to take his leave he noticed a beautiful rose. He picked it to take home to his daughter and we all know the rest to the story....or do we?
