Sarah is a young girl living in the future where the world was ravaged by a Virus. This infection killed millions, yet many of the survivors gained incredible new powers known as Abilities. Not everyone gained these powers and Sarah is what they call a NOMA - No Measurable Ability. 
One day however she meets an incredible creature, a Dragon from another world that only she can see and speak with. The Dragon told her he had followed another being from his world to ours and was seeking it out to find a way back to his own world.
Together the girl and the dragon must solve the mystery of who is snatching people from her school and turning them into mindless husks. They have to hide their actions from their school friends and teachers and an even greater danger - the Artificial Intelligence and its servants who control the city she lives in!
This adventure takes Sarah from being a bullied student into a confident young woman, imbued with an Ability never seen before in her world. On the way she makes new friends and turns her enemies into allies
