I'm writing this for you, dad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There's a lot that went unsaid before Cody was born and none of it is written down, at least that's what Cody and the others think. Lewis saw everything unravel in Alec's life, he saw him throw away his past to save his brother (Cody) and saw him suffer the heartbreaking consequences of it. Through the ups and downs, Lewis was there to support them both until he no longer could. As the sorrow sets in, Alec finishes this book to continue to put his past behind him. In general, this book is about Lewis' life after his father dies and it tells the long-lost story of him, Ruben, and Alec.
