If a quirk is powerful, does that make it good?

Rini Chaki had a powerful quirk, and she hated it. A power that made her hated by her teachers and used by her peers, why would she have any reason to want it? Much less use it to be a hero, regardless of how much she wanted to help people

That is, until the day she fails to save the person that needed her help most.

Now, with a new want to do whatever she can, she plunges herself into the desire of heroics, regardless of how her quirk is seen by others or the lack of control she has over it. Not that it will be that simple, who could ever want a hero with a quirk that isn't heroic?

Hitoshi Shinsou was always told his quirk is villains, and that he'd be a villain to match it. However, despite all he's been told his whole life, he only finds the want to prove everyone wrong, and he'll become a hero anyway.

Not that anyone of his peers could understand how hard it is to go against society's wishes.
