I walked and walked but found nothing. The moon glowed up the night as I looked around, the river nearby caught my attention causing me to walk nearby it and sit by the tree that stood tall next to it.
The sight was breathtaking.
I was pulled out of my thoughts due to the shuffling coming from behind me.
I turned my head when I heard sudden footsteps behind me but I couldn't see anything.
"Hello?". I said while tryna see if someone was there by squinching my eyes but, I saw no one, heard no one, so I turned around hesitantly back to facing the river.
I began to throw pebbles into the river when I heard the same noise again. But, this time, the noise was louder, as if it was right behind me. I froze. In complete utter shock. I don't know what to do.
Although I was scared, I was curious. I slowly turned to see a black figure with glowing heterochromia eyes. It was the most mesmerizing eyes that I've ever seen.
I tried reaching out to the figure, I closed my eyes and put my hand out to reach but, as soon as I did my hands was met with something wet. I quickly opened my eyes only to be met with a tub full of water.
I looked around and quickly sat up realizing I was in my bathroom, running my hands through my black curly knotted hair confused as heck.
With the only one thought going through my head.
Was it real or just a part of a dream?.
