Only If You Listen Closely

Cynthia, a 15-year-old high school girl who likes to be a novelist (since her father owns a library) but doubts herself and her ability, is questioning what she really wants in life. One day, she realises that all of the books she had borrowed has the name “Jaycee Lewis”. She also meets an infuriating boy of her age named Tyler Lewis, who turns out to be the guy whose grandfather borrowed the same books as her and dreams to be a violin maker in Italy. By following a cat home on the train, she also encounters a kindly old man who runs an antique shop stocked with wonderful treasures. The old man, she soon learns, is Tyler’s grandfather. Cynthia and Tyler quarrel until later they gradually develop their relationship…
