Sixteen year old Kantmiss Neverclean regards it as a 'sick party bro' when she brutally takes her sister's place in the Games. She's kind of a bully. But Kantmiss has been to a party before, but her friends kicked her out so she shot them all with a machine gun. Hence the name Kantmiss. So partying is definitely a real treat for her. Meaning to, she becomes a contender. If she is to win, she has to make choices that aren't that important.
