WINNING MEANS BEING A RICH A-HOLE AND NOT STARVING TO DEATH. LOSING MEANS DYING. THE HUNGER PANGS HAVE HIT US ALL... •In the ruins of a place known as the United States of Canada lies the nation of Happy Funland, a city of mass inbreeding and partying surrounded by twelve outlying Districts.
