The main character, Charlotte, a girl with brown hair and deep green eyes, Finally turns 12 and enters the world of Middle School?! But luckily, her best pal Sidney, a nerd with naturally short blue hair and purple like eyes, will be by her side! One day, Charlotte's homework flies out of her rat themed backpack while heading to school, which then leads them to her dad's old laboratory. Where they then get sucked into a different world, far from Fizwill, and into a forest like place, full of houses, and a big city. Will Charlotte figure out her father's plan and invention of this world and stop obsessing over rats!? Find out in Book #1 of The Darkside! 

This book is recommended for 6th graders and up, mild language and violence alert! (Lots of mature themes, aswell.) Remember that everything that happens in this book is completely fictional and not based on true events. Any real life incidents that happen in this story is purely coincidental and should not be taken out of context, the animated series is on my channel Ms. Doodlez
