Gojo Satoru had been sealed in the Prison Realm. The ultimate prison from which escape is impossible. So, why was he suddenly outside and in a different world than his own? AKA, after getting sealed Gojo Satoru finds himself in the world of quirks.

Another thing he found out, was that no matter what world there is out there, the higher-ups will always be scum. The only difference is that before, it was the jujutsu world, and now it was the Hero Public Safety Commission.

Now he knew that his goal hasn't changed. He still needs to reform the HPSC, just like he was going to do with the jujutsu world. Through education.

This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.)
