She was a cold girl from a young age until Katara and Sokka's father took her in when she was 10. They treated her like she was there sister and had been all along, she was the youngest being 13 while Katara was 14 and sokka being 16.

Although when she first joined the water tribe they didn't accept her right away since she was a fire bender but they soon realized that she wasn't like the others despite her cold personality. But what caught the water tribe by surprise was that she could also water bend. 

Now she was dragged on the journey of helping the avatar restoring balance and peace to world. 

When they where fighting fire nation soldiers something happened that couldn't be explained which causes team avatar to wake up in a weird placed what could go wrong.

Now with them trying to not use there bending out in the open and learning the ways of these people and about ninjas, while there trying to figure out how to get home. Will they be able to make it or will the fire nation find them and bring the village burning to the ground, or will they get back to there time and be able to bring peace.

{Based on Season 1 of Avatar the Last Airbender} Drin and Silver are twins from the Earth Kingdom, Omashu, which was where they grew up, and their mother is a Earthbender of great caliber. But their father was a Waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe. Now, after 12 years of living among the Earth Kingdom, they have decided to go together to the Southern Water Tribe. Drin is a near master at Earthbending, taking after his mother rather then father. Silver is the shock, holding much more power then her brother in Waterbending as well as her Earthbending, that her mother taught them both. Now at 15 years of age, after once visiting the Northern Water Tribe, now they once again turn to their goal. To see their father's home, and where he learned a way being a great Waterbender, and a good father. When they arrive at the Water Tribe, they are greeted with suspicions, until Silver shows what she can do. Then, she is treated as hero, and is put to work. Manning the defenses, and on the rare occasion for it, going out to fish with Sokka and Katara. Katara is the only Waterbender in the Southern Water Tribe since long times ago, and now the twins have arrived, and she is hoping Silver will teach her. Then, one day when they're all out fishing together, they find a boy, who had been frozen in ice with his flying bison for Avatar only knows how long. He is clearly an Airbender, and he is clearly a young boy, but he might just be more then he appears. Drin believes that his people tossed him into the water to save him from the Fire Nation's Thirst for blood. Sokka believes he's just an Airbender, who got lucky enough to survive the clear and brutal massacres of the other Airbenders. Silver and Katara both believe, that Aang the boy the Airbender who was frozen in ice could in fact be the Avatar. That the world has been waiting for 100 years for him to return, bring balance and peace back into their world.

Book 1 or the Trilogy. This fanfic is set in the middle of the 100 year war, NONE OF THE CHARACTERS HAVE MET EACHOTHER. Sokka (15 years old) and Katara (14 years old) are brother and sister who both attend the Omashu Boarding school. &nbsp;Sokka's girlfriend is Suki, who is a Kyoshi Warrior who stays on&nbsp;Kyoshi Island. She is 15 years old. Zuko (16 years old) and Mai (16 years old) are girlfriend and boyfriend, Ty Lee and Azula (both 15) are best friends and Azula is Zuko's brother, Zuko and Azula's dad is Fire Lord Ozai. They also go the the Omashu Boarding School but are feared as are the rest of the firebenders. Aang (14 years old) is the Avatar and has mastered Air and Water but still has to master fire and has done a little work in earth bending, without anyone finding out who he really is. Sophia (14 years old) is 'The Legend' which is the partner to the Avatar, she can learn all the elements and contact the spirit world, she has mastered&nbsp;Fire and Air&nbsp;and has started earth but still needs to do Water. In this fanfic, they are going to a boarding school in Omashu to learn bending. The world has been Avatarless for 100 years, but what they don't know is that they are going to school with him. Avatar Aang was found in the Avatar State by a WaterBender in the Northern Tribe, Princess Yue. His partner Legend Sophia was found in the Legend State just off the coast of the Northern Air Temple. Meka is a water bender but she doesn't live with water benders. She was found alone when she was five by a group of gypsies. They were a group who gather together because the fire benders destroyed their homes. Hana took care of Meka as if she was her little sister. Meka learned on her own on how to bend water as perfectly as she could. Hana soon fell in love with a fire bender but wouldn't dare tell the others since they hate firebenders. As they started to travel again Hana was found pregnant and told the group it was an earth bender that she fell in love. Hana dies gave birth to a boy named Mikoto. Meka just turned ten but raised him as her own as how Hana wanted for him to be raised but when Mikoto turned 6 he accidentally burned another kid when he was getting bullied. When they banned Mikoto, Meka clearly went with him not caring if he was a firebender. Mikoto was Meka's baby boy. Zuko and Iroh found a boy run to their camp with tears in his eyes begging for them to save his mother. As Zuko went to help what he expected was an older women, found a girl about his age with beautiful long silver hair. After saving her Meka begged that they teach Mikoto how to firebend. After accepting they started to travel together. When Zuko starts to fall in love with her what would he do when he finds out she's a water bender. Follow their journey as they travel around and try to save the world.

This story takes place after the war has settled. Aang and Katara finally together, Zuko the firelord, Sokka being,...well Sokka, Toph happy and never to return home, and the nations were finally at peace. When team Avatar decides to return to the southern water tribe to visit Sokka and Katara's family, they end up bringing Zuko along, giving him a well deserved break of running the fire nation. However, feelings start to make themselves known. Feelings that Aang doesn't like, little does he know he ends up pushing Katara into the arms of the edgy firebender, which was the last thing he was trying to do. Will this new romantic relationship tear team Avatar apart? Will it make them stronger? Will Katara's new found heated relationship be accepted by her tribe? Can the group move past it, and continue on? Will Aang ever get over Katara and find someone new? Knowing it's never easy ridding the feeling of that first love. And one of the most importance will Zuko find his mother? On a different note Azula, the sister of the new firelord, has been in prison for quite some time, there is obviously no way of her being released on good behavior. She plans to escape and find Tai Lee and Mai and "ask" them once again to join her side and take her revenge on her brother Zuko, Katara, their friends, and the Avatar. And plans to overthrow and take over the fire nation, feeling that her father apparently wasn't strong enough to hold his place.
