Helping people and bringing peace is the main goal of Overwatch. You joined for that purpose but sitting in an office doing paperwork and tending to hero's injuries, is not where you thought you would be six months later. 

Rumors start to spread about a new hero joining the base. His name is Genji Shimada and you were requested to brief the new guy but... accidentally falling in love with him is not what they wanted you to do. 🙊 A week later he is lying on the examination table infront of you beat up with five broken ribs.
