“Chrystal, don’t chase me” he stated and then started to walk off. “But I love you” I called after him. He didn’t even stop, didn’t turn, didn’t acknowledge me at all. I stood there humiliated and heart broken. How could he do this to me? I actually thought somewhere in my heart that he loved me…

He lets out a deep breath and smirks. "Because I have something to tell you." I sigh and roll my eyes in annoyance. "What." He pulls me towards him and roughly kisses me on the lips. I push him off of me after he brushes his lips against my left ear and says "I was using you for sex the entire time."

I wanted to talk to her. I wanted to ask her if she was broken. I wanted to hear her voice. I wanted to know her name. My friend didn't dare say it for even the thought of her old life made her cry. I wanted her to know I was there, but sadly, that won't happen for a long time, or at least until she dies.

I never wanted this to happen. I never meant to fall in love, but I did and now look at what happened - I ruined everything. I told him I was a reckless soul. I warned him to stay away.
