Ghosts of our Pasts

Three years after Jinx's fatal attack on the Council, the city of Zaun is in worse straits than ever. Struck with a suffocating embargo and with its citizens and merchants terrorized by a brutal new gang lord, the city is desperate for something, anything to change.

Martin, a young Zaunite thief, goes on a heist to steal a shipment of Hextech, only to have it all go wrong at the hands of Jinx, who has returned to her old stomping grounds after several years of absence. When Caitlyn and Vi of the Enforcers go to investigate the wreckage, they soon learn that not all is what it seems within the ranks of the Enforcers, and Vi becomes desperate to try to reconnect with Jinx after their last meeting turned into a nearly fatal fight.

As Jinx and Martin start to team up to perform ever more daring robberies, they begin running afoul of the various factions in the two cities, incurring the wrath of ever-more-powerful enemies. Their partnership soon becomes to a struggle for survival.
