But a cyborg can.
Ever had never been comfortable showing emotions and as a cyborg, she had gotten away with it. Still, Thomas had a tendency to get under her skin and made her care. He got closer to her than anyone before and became the family she never had. She would do anything for him, which came to the test when it was discovered that she could change what happened to him. She could go back and save as many as possible, especially the once that meant the most to him, but that also meant the risk of losing him in the process. Ever still doesn't hesitate. Without him, she wouldn't understand the meaning of "unconditional".
