Although- one fateful day will lead her to the answers she seeks when she comes across a very mysterious pokemon and villainous ones that lurk in the shadows. A powerful pokemon who wishes to use her for its own personal gain, to lure the great Arceus out from its throne. How will Marceline handle the clutches of the ominous pokemon and the guidance of another? Follow her on her journey to uncovering truths that she longed for, answers to the lingering questions she's had since her childhood.

In a world ravaged by war started by a wicked hydreigon, the pokemon have been split into three groups - Outcasts, Heretics and Darkness. The hope that one day, the Darkness just might be defeated and pokemon can live in peace once more. However, this discovery sets two assassins - an androgynous zorua named Harlequin and a joker of a banette named Enigma - after Cleo and her friends. What unfolds next is a roller-coaster of events that throw our heroes right into the epic battle between good and evil.
