"No. Definitely not," you reply, crossing your arms. "There's just something that's disrespectful to the one who's suffered from that person's actions - like that victim's suffering isn't worth a damn." You gesture at your dress, then smile. "And that's ironic, isn't it? A nun who doesn't believe in redemption or forgiveness?"
He laughs; a hand is offered to you when he takes a step closer. "Frankly, it ain't the strangest thing I've seen."

Turns out, the guy who smells like grease and beer from how often he visits Grillby's is a lot less romantic than you would think. More so, when things take a sharp turn and you're in the middle of a gang fight, helping him however you can despite not knowing what you're signing up for.
