Finding LOVE in a Hopeless place

Hopeless is the word to describe our society...and the people have lost their confidence in each other and the government. They considered those in the police force, the judicial system and politics to be too corrupt and untrustworthy. How can these two new generation police and public servant prove them wrong? Can their new breed make a better change or will their idealism and effort succumb to the rotten system the previous generations and the existing unworthy leaders have implemented? And can their finding love in this hopeless place fuel their determination?
