Annie finds a box in the floorboard that leads to an old trunk in the attic. In the trunk she finds a letter telling her she must travel to the past to preserve her family's timeline.  She will have to leave her whole life behind and start a new in the same place but in a different time.

Once it was clear neither was possible the last resort was to form a safe zone on the Isle of Wight. Levi decided to stay behind. The last evac chopper left without him on board. He knew it was a shot in the dark, that they were probably dead already, but he had to try. Without knowing it, they'd become a beacon of light during the darkest time of his life. Now it was his turn to be there's.
