In a small school everybody knows everybody but, Kaspar the edgy, A+, player that everybody loves, and Mikaylah the quite girl that sits in at lunch so she can lose herself in the world of the fantasy, are about to collide in ways that no one would ever expect.
Even though they grew up in the same small community, same preschool, same school...they never really became good friends. Until life hits them in the face and they find comfort and friendship in each other when it can't be found anywhere else.
