The only difference between her and the rest of the District 4 children is that she is not jumping at the opportunity to be Reaped into the Hunger Games. When she possibly saves the life of an innocent stranger by volunteering as Tribute, will she go down with the other 23 Tributes, or will she come out on top as the Victor of the 70th Hunger Games?
