Derek is the same age as the rest of the pack and everything that happened from the show happened accept Monroe never appeared and everyone but Allison is alive. Dereks family is alive and Derek is still an alpha. After graduating high school stiles and Derek both go and join the army but something happens and Derek transforms in front of his C.O resulting in the creation of a supernatural division to do special ops missions.
Derek and stiles both have feeling for each other but haven't acted on them yet.
