Grace lives in a family who are anti-everything and when she goes a bit off the rails her parents send her away with their family friends who are moving to a new island called Outerbanks. As the new girls in the area they have to make new friends and learn about the rivalry of the two sides of the island: Pogues and Kooks. When Grace falls for a Pogue and Megan falls for a Kook it causes issues between the two girls and they have to make a decision between a life of luxury and money or a life of excitement and adventure. How will Megan's family cope when they find out Grace has fallen for a Pogue and the two girls are lost at sea??

JJ Maybank is a local surfing, weed smoking boy who is apart of the pogues. He is known to be impulsive and careless at times but always tries to do the right thing. I am currently writing this book and it's my first book so it may suck but i wanted to try something out any way I hope you like it. Growing up, she'd only gotten more rebellious and her mom only gotten more angry. As a result of a long going argument with her mom, she decided to pack up and head back to Obx, leaving only a note to her mom saying "Gone to Obx.If you don't have anything useful to say, don't bother looking for me."
