"Intending the opposite, Greene has actually produced one of the best arguments since the New Testament for humility and obscurity." (Adler, 1998)

This work aligns with the above statement.

There is a reason why the New Testament is the most printed book. Intentional or not, by obvert means or covert, the New Testament enslaves or frees those who read it. This study will show a way how the absolute control to enslave or free is gained, observed, and defended against in the New Testament on the basis that Robert Greene distilled all that is needed to consider in the entire history of power into 48 laws.

This book is not for the soft. The cross is a sword on a rock. It is useless to bow unto it if not to wield it thereafter.
