A certain ghost who died in a war finds that he has wondered all the way to Monstadt and was brought back to life. Now that he's had a second shot at life he's decided he will see as much as he can and meet as many people as he can before he makes his way back to his home in Inazuma. That actually gives him a lot of time because, even if the war is over, it's still very hard to get in or out of Inazuma.
