Bruno Madrigal had been living in the walls of Casita for 10 whole years. He lost a lot of time. Returning was very awkward for him at first, not being used to human interaction or using his gift. After about a year he finally feels comfortable again with his family and himself. The town is still a little weary of him but his family helps him. One day Bruno gets a vision, a woman is injured struggling to get out of the river outside of the Encanto. Bruno uses that vision to try to help her. After Mirabel gets yelled at by Pepa and Alma the day after the proposal, she runs to the edge of town, where Antonio and Bruno comfort her, Strange things happens.
