Harry James Potter had relentlessly studied every single piece of information he could have gotten his hands on. He'd checked the regular sections of the library, he'd checked the restricted section, he'd gotten into the teacher's section, he'd even contacted Sirius and received all the books his Godfather had on the subject.
In doing so, Harry had realized he would only have 5 options when the time came. Five options...

It's Harry Potters fifth year and he's depressed. He has to deal with Voldemort's return, being plagued with nightmares about his friend Cedric's murder and being abused at home. That's right. The saviour of the wizarding world is beaten mercilessly by his Uncle and Cousin. His aunt starves him and verbally abuses him. Eventually he couldn't take it and started cutting, taking drugs, getting mindlessly drunk and street fighting illegally with his muggle friends. The Medium Between Life and Death
There were very few things in Harry Potter's life that he was certain of. There was one absolute certainty though; he'd felt it in his bones for as long as he could remember. He, Harry Potter, was dead. The living people around him might not believe, but the dead sure did. Oh well, it doesn't impact his life much. Everyone deserves a second chance
Sirius did something that he would never ever ever do, but he did it anyway. He broke Remus and his own heart, and as his world is slowly crumbling around him, he has to pick it all back up again single handed. After pulling "the prank" against Snape in his fifth year, he doesn't realize how much his actions would hurt Remus and he can't stop them until it's much too late to do anything about it.
