Only wealthy people can afford to send their children to school. This region should prioritize education over security and develop more attack weapons to fight their enemies. If someone tries to escape in this region, they will be punished or killed by their government. If someone protests against their government, they will be punished.

Alvis Sebastian Lewis was trained to be the best assassin in the Northeans. After finishing his education, he was sent to a particular school for killers where he trained to become one of the best assassins in the region. He was chosen to be part of Project Zero, where he was sent to Westeros to kill the Emperor. However, everything changed, and his journey turned into a mystery - a mystery that changed his life and mission.
