Love is a Time Limit (Niall Horan)

Since an early age, Niall has been living under a rare heart condition constraining the majority of his life. To help soften the blow of what the future holds, he makes a single promise to his first love, swearing to be together until the end. However nothing can change the effects of the heart disease constantly weakening the strong façade he has always tried to keep up. Niall's time limit on love eventually grows thinner and thinner, leading him to the possible end of a story of fame, young romance, and hurt. Could anything save the lad from near death?
