What happens when global warming ruins the Earth's atmosphere? What happens when the world comes to ruin from a nuclear war? Historians' worst fears come to life and the space race begins once again. This time, the goal is to find a way to escape the ruined Earth. NASA finds a planet that is able to support human life just outside of the solar system. 

To prevent the ruin of this new planet, the United Nations takes multiple precautions, some of them are: 

-Recreational drugs are banned, but alcohol is permitted in celebrations. 

-Cursing is banned, but not in historic reenactments to encourage professional and sophisticated attitudes in all generations. 

-Only electric vehicles and renewable energy can be used. 

- In order to preserve energy and protect the planet, technology can only be used 12 hours in a day by citizens not part of the Tech Faction. The other 12 hours are to be used for productivity. 
 
-All 18 year olds are required to participate in a test called Genesis. Depending on the personality of the 18 year old, they will perform different tasks that correspond to it. There is one task each day for 7 days, failure to perform a task well means death. 

The United Nations wanted to ensure that the same mistakes that happened on Earth wouldn't happen on Oikos. Only people that are worthy of living on Oikos are allowed. 
5000 years into the future, skin colors reflect the colors in this new environment and its inhabitants developed superpowers. A group of eight, who are to take Genesis, are all friends who are aware of the flaws in the society that they live in. The group of friends plan to infiltrate the test and ensure that as many people as possible pass it. Join them as they embark on a journey of romance, friendship, drama, new discoveries; and form a rebellion against the society that governs them.

We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. In the modern world, humans are the ones in control and live all over the planet. Living on all continents along with various animals ranging from various animals both on land air and water. With the planet consisting of humans, their imaginations range far and wide creating various things for them to enjoy. Of course, some of the imagination can lead to rather odd fantasies, which can gather a lot of folks. The technology has progressed rather far along with the lifestyle of humans.....until a disaster struck. A famous technology company had the intent of creating a teleportation device allowing them to travel to the other side of the plant in a matter of seconds. The initial test seemed to be going rather well with multiple people easily going through it but an unseen electric surge changed everything. The portal started to go out of control causing one of them to exploded while the other one started to suck in everything around it. As one of the individuals was sucked through the portal, his body was reverted to that of a newborn child with all of his memories intact. After exiting the portal and landing safely in a thick forest, he saw that he was in the dead of night. Scared and confusion filled him as he had no idea where he was but what came the next morning utterly shocked him. After falling asleep upon arriving, he woke up and found himself in an odd house that he didn't recognize. As he tried to figure out where he is, the door opened as who entered was a woman with long dark hair......and a set or rather long bunny ears. Not only this, there were two other small infants sleeping next to him with one of them clinging to him. What is this world? Who are these people and what are they? Are there any other humans out there besides him? The answer lies with the passage of time.

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden.
