My name is Julie Francisco. I live in Plainview, Massachusetts. I'm 16 years old and I live with my stepdad and half-sister. My mom passed away when I was younger. Dad's pretty stiff but apart from that, he's alright. My sister's starting Middle School this morning. She is such a pain. Since the beginning of summer, all I had heard from the little rat's mouth was school, school, school! The teachers, your siblings, your parents. Rule number two: If anybody asks where you were, always say you were sick and rule number three is to have fun. Louisa Shepard didn't know what she was getting into when she agreed to ditch school with Liam Gilbert, her host brother. She had the perfect attendance record, she studied in her spare time and she never missed a class a day in her life. Until she went to America in exchange and met Liam, the guy she could not get away from. Liam did not care about school. He ditched most days, slept in, never studied for anything and his attendance record wasn't exactly great. When Liam finds out that Louisa, the British good girl, was the perfect student, he wanted to have some fun. But, there comes a price. If Liam wanted Louisa to ditch school then he would have to study with her. Louisa had no idea what she was in for when ditching with Liam and some days, it goes further than just ditching class.
