A boy who lost his faith in humanity thousands of years ago, and a boy who restored it.

Jasper Raine hates humans.
Which is understandable given how many times they have proven his hatred to be rightly placed.
But when one particularly stubborn king makes it his mission to prove Jasper wrong, the orphic spirit decides to humour him - if only slightly.
Joining Edmund Pevensie and his siblings in their quest to help the prince of the very people that killed him and made him who he is today, Jasper begins to find it difficult to not be apprehensive - no matter how fun Edmund is to tease, or how cute the king is when angry.
And so, in a battle between Narnians and Telmarines, Jasper must descover just how far he is willing to go to help the people who have began to mend his heart and earn his trust.
Will their adventures help Jasper regain his humanity, or will they only work to prove the spirit right in his distrust towards humans?
And what if the love these young boys found along the way isn't quite the romantical tale told in the stories of old?

Return to Narnia
Around a year after they have returned from Narnia Edmund falls ill and the doctors believe they cannot save them. A message from Aslan reaches the Pevensies; they can save Edmund if they go to Narnia, for the illness will not exist in that world. All 4 can go, but Edmund will never be able to return, for if he does he will die. When the siblings arrive in Narnia they hear Caspian has called them, for trouble has been stirring.
