FRANCIS X KOWALSKI,Ed.S. RECEIVES STATE OF NEW JERSEY AQCES AWARD

At the Convocation of Senior Managers on May 21, 1996 held in Atlantic City, New Jersey the Director of the Administrative Office of the courts presented the Achievement of Quality & Consistently Excellent Service (AQCES) award to Francis X Kowalski, Ed.S. School and Community Psychologist Co-Founder and original incorporator of Community Psychotherapy Associates, Inc. located in Bayonne , NJ . The Director wrote " Although this award may not be significant to anyone not employed by the judiciary, I can assure you that we view it with high regard and as very prestigious and those receiving the award as exemplary. " Kowalski reported not being aware he was even nominated for this award and stated "It's important to note this was a team effort" acknowledging the Hudson County Probation Department and NJ State Parole officers.
