The Problem with Immortality

"Human, you killed someone and then brought them back two hours later and asked them what day it was. Your situation is much more... complex."

In one fell swoop, Jester has become the ruler of a kingdom, disposed of an absent father, and achieved effective immortality. Now, every time someone is successful in assassination, Minion just presents the contract to sign and everyone can go their merry way. But when Jester starts spending more time dead than alive, both of them must realize what truly matters in life, and that immortality is only useful if you do something with it.
