Aliyah is just a random descendant of the dragon tribe like the others but she was not just random, more like the most useless as the tribe was known for their radiating beauty and sheer strength, one of which Aliyah was lacking. She had no strength and couldn't fight off a human smaller her age if the situation present itself. This alone made her hated by almost everyone in the tribe.
