Growing up Lucia had two rules:

2. Never set forth in the ocean

But one day, she ignores the word of warning and speaks to another individual: her fiancé . The very next day pirates break into her in-laws house and they decided to take her as payment for some uncollected debt.
Now she is under the mercy of the most fearsome pirate captain in all the land: Captain Bloodstone. Stories of his misadventures keep both adults and children up at night. After learning the true secret about Lucia, he has taken an interest in her. Will Lucia be able to escape his grasp with her head and her heart intact?
