Your freshman year of college can be challenging, and this is especially true for Quinn Davis. She starts crushing on the perpetually late boy that she shares a biology class with(Jake), but that is complicated by a clerical mistake that results in her living with an impossibly charming boy(Sam) who drives her crazy in more ways than one.

A decision has to be made, and it's bound to break at least a couple of hearts. Will Quinn make the right choice?
