Join her as she helps her sister, Anna bring back her oldest magical ice-powered sister, Elsa from the North Mountain to help bring back summer, after she accidentally inflicted an eternal winter on their kingdom, with help from a lone ice harvester, and his reindeer, and a talking snowman. 

Will Nora and Anna bring back Elsa, and end this eternal winter and bring back summer, and they can finally come together again as a family or will they just be shut out again, cold and alone?
