In a post-apocalyptic world riddled with the walking dead, Eddie and Mae are left to fend for themselves. With nothing more than a van filled with memories and very little gas, they embark on a cross-country trip to reunite with the ones they love. Along the way, they meet strangers, kindle lovers, and face dangers... perhaps connections are the only thing keeping them standing.
