an extract from my poem, hollow hearts.
the heart wants what it wants
and nobody loves no one
so we just leave together like two different
trees, yielding on fruit
that's the belief of a fool
to build castle in the sky
when he knows it has no base
why cry
when you know we belong to difficult race
and the hollow heart,once was the best heart.

Every year there's a big test well I wouldn't call it a test more like a cheek up, every doctor comes to see if your sick. Not sick with a cold, but sick like in love. Why do we love people? Why do we fall in love? Why would we fall in love if there's a 50/50 chance of not being loved back? Well the answer is because it's the way we live, the way we survive, but what if that was all taken away from us? We couldn't love, like, anything, we had to hide our feelings inside us no matter how hard it was. Hollow
I'm a Hollow. That's what they call us. I don't feel enough emotion to make judgements about people and there's really no way for me to feel much more. I can read people much easier than I can feel, but I can't feel sympathy for any of them. I can have people that can love me and I won't be able to love them back. This is a series of poems about a woman i was once in love with long ago. Everything was sweet like strawberries at first, but deep down she was just using me as a rebound to get over a broken heart she has. We met in a speech class one semester, I couldn't talk to her, I shyly had someone else to talk to her. long story short, I should have got to know her like should, because she judged me for what had and didn't have. i loved her so much that I knew that she was cheating on me and wanted her to stay, but God removed her out of my life. she done so much wrong to me, but love her even of all her flaws.
