Of course, there's the Vir Fortis Society protecting the civilians of Anchor City, but they've always had their hands full. Murderers and common thieves live their lives just under the noses of the heroes, and far worse people hide beneath them.
Anchor City, the place where one can claw their way up in the world or discover a side of oneself that they shouldn't have. And in this place of terror and luxury, where even heroes live on uneasy feelings, there is something stirring between the CEO of Transpirex Corp and the Vir Fortis Society.
