On an island lost at sea, humans are threatened by beasts collectively called "Daemons." As they protect the Walled City of Iris and fight for survival, the Elysian Defense Corps stands tall as the leaders of this newfound society. Acadia Everglade, driven by her goal to earn reputation as a protector of the people, begins her journey by becoming a member of the Hunting Division of the Elysian Defense Corps.
