He was a liar, blind sided as I sat across from him in my office. "You said your name was Jason." I said, his smile making my stomach tight. He had been so charming, so genuine last night. Now sitting across from me he was full of deceit and arrogance. 

"Remember what your name was?" He mused, my cheeks flushing as he licked his lips. "Are you really that surprised?" 

"You're not?" 

"No." He shook his head, hips shifting slightly in the chair across from me. "Can you take the handcuffs off?" He cursed quietly, the sound making my ears burn. 

"No." I swallowed hard, watching a glare settle on his face. "What's your attorney's number?"
